3 yrs girl having high fever what should we do
Female | 3
A high fever in a small kid can be concerning. Infections frequently cause fevers. Find out if she has other signs like coughing, runny nose, or belly pain too. Give her the proper dose of fever medicine meant for children, for example, acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Ensure she stays hydrated by drinking plenty of liquids. If the fever persists or she seems extremely ill, don't delay - reach out to a pediatrician.

my son has a tongue tie, pls suggest me what to do, he is 1 month 4 days old
Male | 1month
When a muscle under the tongue is too tight, it's called a tongue tie. Babies may struggle to nurse, sticking their tongue out, or even speaking later. A fast procedure named a frenotomy releases that tight tissue. Quick and painless, it fixes the issue. Reach out to a pediatrician. They'll guide you on if it's needed.

3yrs baby not speak but he knows every things and try to speak but not sucess
Male | 3
Kids often struggle to speak at 3 years old. But, if your child tries and doesn't improve, you should act. This may mean a speech delay. Causes could be hearing issues or development problems. I'd suggest an expert checks your child, like a speech therapist or pediatrician. They'll figure out the best way to boost speech skills.

It's common to see swelling in the place where a baby gets a vaccine. Since ice packs bring down swelling and diminish the pain, they are advantageous. Long-time application of the ice pack might have resulted in redness. It's all right. However, apply it for a few minutes only next time. It usually happens on its own. If your baby is in a lot of pain, you can give them infant pain relief.

7 year old daughter had a fall on Saturday and cut the back of her head. She needed staples which will be removed tomorrow. Doctor said to monitor for any signs of head trauma within first 24 hours. She did not vomit, pass out, or have any pupil dilation when it occured. Doctor didn’t even check during visit. No issues within the 24 hour period and nothing since. Questions is, would she be able to participate in her soccer game with her team as goalie?
Female | 7
It's great to hear your daughter has shown no signs of head trauma after her fall. However, given that she had staples placed in her head, it’s best to avoid any physical activities like soccer until the wound has fully healed and the staples are removed. Please consult with her pediatrician or the doctor who treated her to get personalized advice on when she can safely return to sports.
