Headache due to anesthesia injection after operation of Recurrent belanitis
Male | 24
Recurrent balanitis operation, like many other surgeries, has often anesthesia administration as a side effect that leads patients to experience post-operation headaches. This may be due to drinking too little water, using medications, or other problems with the disease. You have to see a physician or a neurologist for that to be examined and treated.

You've been dealing with a headache that keeps coming back. According to what you said, you might be facing a tension headache. Tension headaches can send pain to one side of your head, around your temple, eye, ear, and neck. Stress, poor posture, or not getting enough sleep can take them. It is necessary to regulate stress, exercise proper posture, and get enough rest. If the headache persists, it is a good idea to consult with a neurologist for further evaluation and personalized advice.

When symptoms disappear, it indicates that the treatment is working. For nerve problems, the patient should gradually change medication. The body needs time, usually a few months, to adjust to a new dose before considering reducing it. If you rush this process, symptoms may return.

I am 27 year old female I take sertraline I need to take betahistine for vertigo but I am afraid to take it because I’m scared of serious side effects or getting Steven Johnson syndrome
Female | 27
I get what you’re saying about using Betahistine with Sertraline. Don’t worry, few people get severe side effects like Steven Johnson Syndrome from Betahistine. Some common side effects might be a headache or an upset stomach. When you’re suffering from vertigo, it feels like everything is spinning around you. Betahistine works by increasing the blood flow within the inner ear which can help with this. However, it’s best to speak with your doctor before taking any medication.

It is normal to have high blood pressure after a stroke. These blood pressure rises could be because of the brain damage that regulates the level of pressure. Furthermore, hypertension is often asymptomatic however it can cause additional strokes. Ensure that he takes his medication, eats well, and goes for check-ups regularly.

Rebound headaches are common after treating CSF leaks. They occur when the brain becomes accustomed to painkillers and protests when they wear off.
