I am 35 years old a female patient. Few days back I was undergone a surgery for repairing Harnia in Bangladesh. Doctor has cut most of the part of belly button without any consent of me or my gurdian. Doctor, I have chronic constipation and gas problem for years. I have had two colonoscopy done in 2013 and in 2016. Both the times they removed benign polyps. I think I am due for another colonoscopy checkup now. Please advise.

Get a CECT (Abdomen+Pelvis) with oral , iv and rectal contrast or MRI pelvis for knowing the organic cause if there are recurrent benign polyps and consult the general surgeon with histopathology reports of earlier polyps.

For a year now, I've had a flattened bump on my under arm. It first started out as a blackhead, so I popped it. After that it stayed for several months. I tried to pop it still several times but it was to painful. When I finally popped it, a brown, rock solid nugget popped out of it. Now, it has flattened down but is still purple-ish, giving the impression of being bruised, and still looks as if there is something still inside. What is it?

Looks like a Sebaceous cyst.

These cysts have to be removed surgically as if their wall is not removed, they recur.

Surgery for cyst removal is done under local anesthesia.

It gives a permanent solution.
