Hi, I am Dr.Nusrat want to take some opinion about my Mother's condition Recently she had developed severe upper abdominal pain with progressive weight loss for 2to 3 months ,she had undergone some investigations which results r like this her Haemoglobin level is 9.5mg/dl ,Ca 19-9 marker is above 1200 ,Ct scan revealed mass lesion @neck & body of pancreas with atrophied tail of pancreas & encasement of splenic vessels ,but there is no lymph node involvement or metastasis ... so what is yr opinion about surgery of my Mother ? How much it will be effective & which surgeon would be best or hospital... plz kindly tell me how can u help me about getting a good opinion & best treatment I want to Add also that my Dad is a professor of Gastroenterology @BSMMU Plz kindly reply me soon

For painful endometriosis and multiple fibroids best option is laparoscopic hysterectomy.  With ablation of endometriotic patches . I had my gallbladder operation in the year 2021 .Why I am having sharp needle like pain after drinking hot milk tea for 21 days .Near the incision area I have red swelling.

This could be a case of surgical site infection. Usually, this happens after surgery where there is an incision made thereby causing redness as well as swelling around where you were cut. It might help if you keep that place dry after cleaning it every once in a while but try not to touch too much or else there might be more pain. Make sure to visit your doctor so they can figure out what else needs to be done about this.

Hello, I want to get a surgery done for my 9 month old son for polydactyl (extra toes in both feet). What would be the cost for both feet? And is it general anesthesia or spinal anesthesia?

It needs a surgical removal. For a child of 9, it can be done under general or spinal anesthesia and may need a day's anesthesia.
