Why do u loose your voice for no reason

Female | 52

When you lose your voice without any clear reason, it's called laryngitis. Your vocal cords swell up, making you hoarse or quiet. This happens due to loud talking, singing, or catching a cold. To recover quickly, avoid talking much, sip warm drinks often, and inhale steam. Within a week, your voice should return to normal.

Please continue on the steroids as they are the only way to provide some stimulus to the hearing nerve in this situation. There are other medications that can be given to increase blood supply to the nerve but the best chance of nerve recovery is within the first one or two days after which the chances are unpredictable and low in most cases. Please take a follow up consult your ENT surgeon as they will keep a close watch on improvement in the nerve which usually isn't something you will be able to perceive by yourself. You need to have repeat hearing testings to watch for improvement. In all cases, do not stop the steroid abruptly!

i hve back of throat in orange bumps

Female | 19

Tonsil stones are small items in your throat. They are made of food, mucus, and bacteria. You might have bad breath, a sore throat, or trouble swallowing. Gargle with warm salt water to remove them. Also, drink lots of water. Keep your mouth clean. This can stop tonsil stones from forming.

Measles, swollen hands&feet plus dizziness

Female | 20

Measles might be the cause of your swollen hands, feet, and dizziness. This highly contagious virus spreads through coughing or sneezing. It has no specific treatment. Rest, drink fluids, and care for yourself until it passes. If infected, avoid others to prevent spreading measles.
