Mastrubate effect permanent on girls Masturbation effect hormone permanent If it has been a year since you left it, does body repair start happening? without medicine If masturbation is done on external part means upper lips then fingering is done on it.
Female | 23
It is not uncommon for girls to engage in the practice of masturbation. It does not produce lasting damage or have an impact on hormonal levels. After a year, your body will start to heal itself using its own without the aid of medication. Primarily, if you did it on the outer part, such as your upper lips, it shouldn't be a serious problem. The only point of caution is that you need to ensure that the area is kept clean to avoid any possible infections.

You might have an issue called phimosis. The situation involves the fact that the foreskin is hard and can not be retracted apart easily. It can lead to sensitivity and uncomfortable feelings during sex which becomes painful. At first, you should see a urologist to get a diagnosis. This procedure involves alternatives such as manual stretching of the foreskin, creams, or in rare cases: circumcision.

At your age, it's normal to feel curious about masturbation. Masturbation is safe and healthy. It won't harm your circumcision recovery. Just make sure your hands are clean to prevent infection.

Male | 22
Stress, anxiety, or even hormonal changes can all contribute to this happening. There is no need to worry, though, as it is not uncommon and typically not a serious problem. Take some time to unwind and do not stress yourself out about it too much. If nothing helps with this issue then consider speaking with a doctor who can offer further advice on what might be going wrong.

It’s okay that people are different when it comes to sex timing. Stress, tiredness, and health problems could cause you some troubles with timing your sex life. Eat well, exercise, and relax. Stop smoking and don’t drink too much alcohol. Otherwise, see a sexologist who will help you to solve this issue if it’s still there after you’ve done all those things.

Dear Doctor, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to discuss some concerns that have been affecting my mental and sexual health, specifically related to my use of pornography and its broader impact on my life. I am a male, 26/27 years old. No health issues. I've noticed that my consumption of pornography and engagement in cybersex have escalated to a point where they negatively affect my life and relationships. My need for increasingly explicit material to achieve sexual arousal has grown over the years (a phenomenon called "Desensitization" i believe), and it's become apparent that this pattern is not sustainable. I've observed that this habit has not only affected my ability to enjoy real-life sexual encounters but has also contributed to the deterioration of my previous relationship. At times, I had found myself needing to think of pornography to maintain an erection during sexual intercourse. In an attempt to address this, I've tried to quit watching porn, only to experience a significant drop in my libido and desire for sexual activity. This "flat line" phase, as it's often referred to in various forums, has left me feeling worried and uncertain about the path forward. Of course, i started watching again, just to make sure that everything is normal. The first couple of times, the erections were weaker than usual. I understand that the body of scientific research in this area is still evolving, and there seems to be a lack of definitive guidance on dealing with these challenges. Given these complexities, I'm seeking your professional advice on several fronts: 1- Is the "flat line" phase a recognized scientific phenomenon, and what does current research say about it? 2- Considering my concerns about the long-term effects of abstaining from pornography and reduced masturbation, what guidance can you provide? I'm particularly worried about maintaining sexual function, including erectile strength and ejaculation control. 3-Could you suggest any scientific, medical research articles or resources that could offer more insight into these issues? Your expertise and any evidence-based recommendations would be immensely valuable to me as I consider my next steps. Many thanks for your time and consideration. Kind regards,
Male | 26
It is crucial to realize that gaining an excessive amount of pornography and cyberspace ultimately results in being desensitized, and it has a negative impact on sexual encounters with real living partners and relationships.
The "flat line" effect, that you brought up, is also a commonly displayed problem where former porn addicts may experience a drop in their sex drive and arousal. But for now, the findings are not substantial, more studies are required to distinguish porn effect on sexual function from its own.
With regard to facilitation, many people have found it immensely helpful to consult a professional mental health care provider, such as a therapist or a counselor, and avail their expert help in dealing with this problem and addressing any underlying psychological factors. A sex therapist may possess skills in counseling individuals with sexual dysfunction or enhancing sexual functions.
Your well-being is of top concern and seeking the help of a mental and sexual health specialist can provide you with the needed information when making a decision about your next step. In this connection, I suggest you talk to a psychologist or sex therapist, whose main professional concern is the issues you are experiencing, for more help and support.
Best regards,
Dr. Madhu Sudan

My penius is swelled on outer skin.....due to i had Sex and the ajun is removed
Male | 16
In case you are not aware, the swelling seems to be located on the aorta penis. Such swelling sometimes takes place after having intercourse. The swelling might be caused due to inflammation or friction during sexual activity. Try the cold compress to lessen the swelling. If the situation does not improve, or if pain arises, you should visit a urologist/sexologist.

I had a sex contact and took Hive test on 25th Jan. Non-reactive (Feb-2) Next test (Feb-28) and LIST test (May-02) Non-reactive - now should I test?
Male | 32
A "non-reactive" result indicates that the test did not detect HIV antibodies or antigens in your blood at the time of testing. And you have consistently received non-reactive results over a span of a few months. However, for definitive advice regarding testing intervals and your specific situation, it's essential to consult a professional who specializes in sexual health or infectious disease

I'm a 20 year old. I notice that each time I erect, I end up releasing cum(sperm) what seems to be the issue please?
Male | 20
You might be having what’s known as premature ejaculation. This is when you release sperm too quickly during erections. It’s common and can be caused by things like stress, anxiety or even being too excited. To deal with this, you could try deep breathing techniques or distracting yourself with something else while you’re being intimate. Always remember that it’s okay to talk to a sexologist if you want more help or advice.

I’m 23 years and I masturbate for five years and if I’m ejaculatin the sperm that comes out is small. What does it mean and would it affect me
Male | 22
This could be a sign of low semen volume. Dehydration, stress, or some medication may lead to this condition. If you want to increase your ejaculate then drink lots of water and do exercises that help in reducing stress levels. Also, seek medical attention if the problem persists because it might be an indicator for an underlying issue.

I am a 21 years old female and I gave my bf handjob and washed my hands with normal water first then after some time with soap and water, I washed. Then I masterbated plus I was on periods as well. Are there any chance of pregnancy?
Female | 21
Don't worry - pregnancy can't happen from what you mentioned. Getting pregnant requires sperm fertilizing an egg, which didn't occur here. Plus, during periods, pregnancy is extremely unlikely. However, it's wise to practice safe habits like using protection. This helps prevent unwanted pregnancies and keeps you healthy.
