I(22f) lost 20 kgs in 2022 and since then I am suffering from hairfall. I got blood test 2 months ago and I was deficient in vit d(9.44mg/ml) and iron(30). Doctor prescribed 60000iu shots twice weekly and a tablet for daily with additional 1000iu. Also taking iron supplement.
