For a year now, I've had a flattened bump on my under arm. It first started out as a blackhead, so I popped it. After that it stayed for several months. I tried to pop it still several times but it was to painful. When I finally popped it, a brown, rock solid nugget popped out of it. Now, it has flattened down but is still purple-ish, giving the impression of being bruised, and still looks as if there is something still inside. What is it?

I have been getting chronic headache since my childhood. There were times I cried due to pain. Also I met with a serious accident and survived at the age of 8 and have near about 16 stitches on my head. I used to feel the symptoms more particularly when I work. I am 48 yrs old. I have recently done sonography and I have discovered umbilical hernia. Focal defect is seen in anterior abdominal wall at the level of umbilicus measuring 2.3cm with herniating omentum. No evidence of encysted fluid. Even I have discovered uterine fibroids seen measuring 4.3*3.9cm What measures should be taken?
