Redness on penis head after oral sex, negative test results. What's the problem?

Dr i have a oral sex one year ago and there is a redness on my penis head sometimes it’s do red sometimes it’s Okk when I wash then it comes again after few days and recently I tested for hiv,hsbag,hcv,vrdl,rpr,treponemal,cbc the reports are negative so what should be the problem what test should I do??
