Hi , i need advice . I left my gym on 12th april and have irregular periods but past 9 months were regular since i joined gym otherwise once year it used to get skipped. I had no symptoms of pregnancy till now just not able to sleep till 2 at night and tired all day sleepy and my haemoglobin level remains low like around 10 11 12.
