I am 39years old, i have lower back pain for at least 2 weeks, i feel like i have a prolapsed uterus, Seeing or feeling tissue bulge out of the vagina Feeling heaviness or pulling in the pelvis Feeling like the bladder doesn't empty all the way when you use the bathroom Problems with leaking urine, also called incontinence Trouble having a bowel movement and needing to press the vagina with your fingers to help have a bowel movement Feeling as if you're sitting on a small ball

Female | 39

Your symptoms point to pelvic organ prolapse, a condition where pelvic muscles weaken. This causes uterus, bladder or bowel to bulge into vagina, causing discomfort. For relief, try pelvic floor exercises - these strengthen muscles. You could also use a pessary device to support organs. If case is severe, surgery may help.

I have a shorter period this days , what is the problem

Female | 27

If you are observing a shorter than usual menstrual period, it could be that the cause is stress, hormone imbalance or a certain drug. It is advisable to visit a physician who specializes in women's reproductive health in order to diagnose the problem and to receive proper treatment.

You should get it checked by a specialist as soon as possible. It could be a sign of breast infection, cysts or even breast cancer. Just be sure to visit a specialist and get a proper diagnosis.

Problem: my period is delayed by 3 days Brief history: last period on 10th April... Last sexual activity 16th Or 17th of April... Tried with norethisterone ip tablet to get period taken two doses of it yday night and today morning after having meal.. And trying with ginger tea since 3 days to get periods... But not happening instead I got acne at regular time of period... Also felt cramp for 1-2 time

Female | 20

It's common for menstrual cycles to vary occasionally in length, and a delay of a few days is not a serious issue always. Norethisterone is usually prescribed to delay periods, but if you've taken the medicine and still haven't got periods then consult your doctor.

My periods are delayed which were to come on 4th March....I had sex on 38th Feb n latest on 9th March

Female | 20

It could be due to a variety of reasons like stress, illness, or pregnancy. It's important to take a pregnancy test to rule out the possibility of pregnancy or else you should consult a gynecologist for a proper evaluation. They will be able to provide a diagnosis and recommend appropriate treatment.

i am 21 years old female. i have been getting my periods since December, its February right now, its on and off, for 2 weeks in January i got heavy periods and since then i have been getting spotting on the pads. i met with a gyn and she gave me a medicine called norethindrone acetate, and gave me dosage accordingly, and diagnosed me with PCOD. i haven't been taking the medicine cause I'm not sure if i should. i am also afraid if it has anything to do with pregnancy, i have taken UPTs thrice and they were all negative and my last intercourse was in November. however i have extreme lower back pain and i experience tiredness. i just want answers to whether it is pregnancy given the lower back pain and the spotting for so long? if its not that then can i take the medicine prescribed and it wont be an issue and i wont have any extreme side effects.

Female | 21

Based on your symptoms, it is improbable that you are pregnant because you have taken three negative UPTs and your last intercourse was in November. Your period time may be different because of PCOD. That's why your gynecologist diagnosed you with PCOD. As long as you take the drug recommended by your gynecologist, norethindrone acetate, according to the dose and monitoring for adverse effects, it is ok. But, if the backaches and tiredness continue, then consult your gynecologist again
