Is my severe beach sunburn causing sun poisoning symptoms?

Hello! I have fair white skin and I got sunburned at the beach really bad, I have a fever, shivers and I am vomiting. I cannot sleep out of pain and I do not know what’s happening to me. Is this sun poisoning? No alcohol No pregnancy No medical history

Don't worry the white patches will recover. They are post inflammatory hypopigmentation. Complete it as per course of a month and local cream for a month, so that reoccurrence is avoided.
