Can I get pregnant naturally with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism?

Helo Dr .. iam 32 years old diagnosed with hypogonadotropic hypogonadisim i have primary amenorrhea married for 3 years now i have one baby 1 years old i get pregnant after long period of ovulation induction iam lactating now with no period sure my question can i get pregnant spontaneously without induction is there any chance?

In your case of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, hormonal changes can occur at a later time after giving birth, which might lead to spontaneous ovulation. A small but special opportunity is that, on the off chance of being pregnant without the use of protest, the possibility of pregnancy without induction exists.
