How can I effectively treat my pimples BETNOVATE-N?

Patient's Query

Hi ,iam Harshith Reddy J Iam suffering from pimples I have consulted a doctor near me and he said me to use the BETNOVATE-N skin cream iam using it but no use of it so please tell the solution for this pimples

Answered by Dr. Archit Aggarwal

Pimples are often caused by clogged pores, excess oil production, bacteria and hormones. Using Betnovate-N cream may not be the best option for treating pimples because it contains steroids that can worsen acne in the long run. Instead, you can try gentle cleansers, non-comedogenic moisturizers, and benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. Remember, consistency is key when treating pimples. If your pimples persist, it’s best to consult a dermatologist for tailored advice.

From last month I'm suffering with full hair fall the hair is falling from the tip and hair fall is very high

Female | 21

It seems as if you may be suffering from severe hair loss. It may as well have been caused by many factors like stress, hormonal changes or a disease. I would suggest visiting a dermatologist, who could examine your scalp and diagnose the reason for hair loss. They can then develop a customized treatment plan for you

Hard spot rashes on male sex organ and pubic area

Male | 20

It is necessary to see a dermatologist for the rashes. These rashes could be an indication that you have sexually transmitted infections like genital warts or herpes. Do not self-diagnosing or treating at home because it could aggravate the condition.

Female | 19

If you have active pimples, acne, and dark spots, it’s best to see a dermatologist. They can give you proper treatment to clear your skin and reduce dark spots. Avoid using harsh products on your own as they might make things worse.

Hi good morning I have skin allergy plz can you tell me med for this

Male | 38

For skin allergies, I advise the individual to see a dermatologist who could pinpoint his/her exact condition and give a relevant treatment. Non-prescription antihistamines can help with mild symptoms, but a person who is suffering from prolonged or very serious symptoms must seek medical help.

I suggest that you should take your daughter to a dermatologist who will then check and identify the cause of her rash. It is advised that you consult a dermatologist close to you before you prescribe any drug or treatment.
