Hi mera nasbandi poen karna hai to me kya karu mam please till me mam

Answered by Samruddhi Bhartiya

From what we understand, you are enquiring about female sterilization, which is an operation that will permanently render you incapable of becoming pregnant.

Important things to keep in mind:

  • For this operation, your fallopian tubes will be blocked or sealed, so as to stop the eggs from reaching the sperm and becoming fertilized.
  • You will be supplied with either a general anesthetic, or local anesthesia at the time of treatment.
  • You can also go for salpingectomy, that is tubes removal, if at all this particular treatment fails.
  • It's advisable to not drive any vehicle for 48 hours post-operation and to wait for anesthesia and its effects to wean off.
  • Depending on the type of sterilization, you may have to use contraceptives for few months leading up to this treatment, and post-treatment as well, but the doctor will inform you accordingly.
  • Side effects: Temporary pain and bleeding.

On meeting the following conditions, you will qualify for this treatment:

  • You should be between the age of 22 and 49.
  • You should have been married at least once.
  • You or your partner shouldn't have undergone this treatment in past (failed operations don't count).
  • You should be in a sound state of mind so as to understand the consequences of this treatment and then make an informed decision.
  • If you have some form of mental illness, then you must be certified by a psychiatrist, and your spouse/guardian must issue a statement in your favor regarding your sound-mindedness.

These are the risks that you can encounter following this treatment:

  • Internal bleeding, infection or injury of other organs.
  • Blocked tubes may rejoin immediately after the surgery is complete, or years later.
  • If the operation fails, this may increase the risk of a fertilized egg implanting outside the womb (also known as ectopic pregnancy).
  • Bad reaction to anesthesia.

We intend to bust common myths for the sake of your understanding:

  • This treatment won't have any bearing on your sexual life, but you will not get pregnant.
  • This won't affect your hormones or periods.
  • It's advised that you use protection during sexual activities as this treatment won't make you immune from STDs.
  • There is a procedure that can reverse this treatment or its intended outcome if you ever change your mind later on, but that reversal procedure may not have a good success rate. So don't go for this particular surgery, if you are confused or unsure about what you want, because the chances of it becoming undone are slim.

Toilet not coming and pain in Vagina

Female | 21

This symptom could be an indication of a vaginal prolapse or some other medical condition. Consulting a gynecologist who can diagnose and treat the condition properly is of importance. I suggest you to see a gynecologist for an examination immediately.

I am trying for baby my periods miss 5 day after that I feel some bleading I am confused I am pregnant or not

Female | 25

Some women experience light bleeding around their regular period time when they are pregnant. This is caused by something called implantation bleeding when a fertilized egg attaches to the uterus. If you are unsure, you can take a pregnancy test to confirm.

pain in legs muscles specifically sbeofre periods time increase in pain

Female | 41

It seems you may have leg muscle pain before your period. This is common for some people. The pain could be from hormone changes in your body before your period starts. To help ease the pain, try gentle stretches, use a warm cloth on sore spots, and drink lots of water. If the pain gets worse, be sure to tell me at your next visit.

My boyfriend ejaculated inside of me but i took the emergency contraceptive pill within 30 minutes. Im scared whether i am pregnant or not

Female | 20

Since you have taken a pill immediately after intercourse, there might still be some chances of pregnancy. Take a home pregnancy test or a UPT for confirmation.

I am currently on phentermine for weight loss and metformin for insulin resistance. I also take vitamins b12,d3,water pills, and vaginal ph balance vitamins. I'm currently on the depo Provera birth control shot once every 3 months. My last shot was feb.13th. I have had more frequent headaches for 2 weeks and ive lost a lot of weight the past 2 weeks and im also very fatigued everyday. To add to it. Ive been more emotional and moody. My moods are all over the place. I recently had bleeding for about 8 days (march22nd to April 1st) it wasn't heavy at all (I didn't need a pad or anything), but it was red. Not dark. Bright light red. It had suddenly started. Lasted for 8 days and then suddenly stopped. I never bleed because im on depo. Maybe an occasional spotting for a few hours every 3 or 4 months, but never actual bleeding. I thought it was odd so I took a pregnancy test. Faint positive. So took 4 more and they were all faint positives. Both red and blue dye tests. I had no cramping while I was bleeding, but now I'm having slight tightness in my lower belly and some upper back pain. Dull back pain. What could this possibly mean?

Female | 23

You need to go to the gynecologist for professional assessment. According to the symptoms, phentermine, metformin, and Depo Provera may be hindering your menstrual cycles and hormonal balance. Blood and home pregnancy test kits may indicate the chance of pregnancy, but confirmation with additional tests is important.
