Feeling itching on Back of my palm and fingers during midnight between 2 to 5am . Unable to sleep because of that .

Male | 43

This may happen due to many reasons, such as dry skin, eczema or allergies and contact dermatitis. Itch sensations may also be heightened at night due to the natural circadian rhythm of the body. It is advised to apply a hypoallergenic moisturizer before going to bed, which can mitigate symptoms of dry skin. It is possible to manage allergic reactions by identifying potential triggers such as certain soaps or fabrics and avoiding them. If chronic or aggravating, it is so recommended to consult a dermatologist for an in-depth evaluation and tailored treatment options targeting the true cause of nighttime scratch.

Hello I am Jawed, I am 32 years old, height is 170cm and weight is 60 KG. I had acne on my face 10 to 11 years ago, at that time I visited a doctor and they prescribed Betamethasone Injection and it was injecting in every acne on my face separately, the effects was so fast because the acne disappeared after two to three hours after injection. This treatment co tinues 2 months, one every week with that doctor, as the effects were temporary for individual acnes on face and as well the effect was fast, after that I became addicted to it and I was injecting this particular injection to my face myself and it goes for maybe more then 6 months and then I stopped it, about 2 to 3 months later after stopping it some side effects apeared to my skin, my skin (different areas such as face-lips, eyes, hands-shoulders, legs-tighs, neck, under arms, even the private parts) become puffy, itchy, red when I wake up from sleep, and ut continues for 3 to 4 hours and then disappears, this problem is from more then 9 years sometimes it disappears for months and sometimes it comes back, whenever I take anti-allergic tablets such as cetrizine it is all ok and when I stop taking it, it appears again, simetimes the effects are so strong mean specially when it take my eysles the puffy eyes are so heavy and it become normal after 24 to 36 hours. I am 28 years old female suffering from the problem of dark circles circles since last 10 years. I have taken a lot of treatments from 15+ doctors but nothing worked, i even tried all home remedies, ayurveda, homeopathy and much more, because of which my skin got burned twice. Moreover my dark circles got even more prominent and stiff. Now i want to head forward towards advance treatments. Doctors are suggesting me to go for chemical peel . Therefore i want a second opinion on whether it will work, how effective it will be and if it will it be safe.

Female | 28

Chemical peels can be an effective treatment for dark circles. It involves the use of a chemical solution that is applied to the skin in order to remove dead skin cells and stimulate the growth of new, healthy skin cells. This can help to reduce the appearance of dark circles, although it is not a guaranteed solution and may require multiple treatments to achieve the desired results. It is important to consult with your dermatologist before undergoing any chemical peel procedure, as it can carry some serious risks. These risks can include scarring, infection, skin discoloration, and irritation. Additionally, chemical peels can cause lasting damage to the skin if not performed properly. Be sure to follow your doctor's instructions carefully.

Hello doctor. I am rohit bisht. I am 18 years old. Please suggest me how to recover and stop hair whitening

Male | 18

Hair going white with age or being genetic is a usual thing. Skin problems and tension also cause this. Do something for yourself if under stress; take deep breaths maybe start doing yoga. Have a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals as they play a crucial role in preventing premature greying. If possible use plant-based dyes because they don’t contain harmful chemicals however; don’t forget to handle your hair gently while dying it so that you may not end up damaging it further.

I am having dull and dehydrated skin and dark spots.. Since 3 years I have pimple on nose later I poped it and it turned out to be a dark spot on my nose ???? ..

Female | 14

It seems like your skin is dry and lacks brightness; besides the pimple scars on your nose. Skin becomes dull due to lack of water in it. Spots get darker as a result of spots. Drink water and wash your face regularly using mild soap then apply lotion too. In addition, you can wear sunscreen to prevent the darkening of these patches further.

Iam 36 years old I have oily skin with open pores I need some moisturizer for.my skin to.look fresh kindly suggest

Female | 36

You need a non-comedogenic moisturiser which doesn’t cause any breakout or add to the oily state of the skin. Squalene, ceramide containing moisturisers which do not block the pores are recommended for oily skin. Please consult a dermatologist for thorough analysis of your skin to get a customised prescription suitable for your skin. Each one has a unique skin and has to use  best suitable products to maintain a healthy skin. Open pores can be reduced by using retinol containing creams at bedtime. If they are severe procedural treatments like laser toning, micro needling radio frequency can help.

Pimples appearing on face which is best gel clindamycin phosphate gel with benzoyl peroxide or clindamycin phosphate gel with niacinamide??

Female | 21

Pimples can be annoying, but there are solutions to help. These spots come from blocked pores and germs. A gel with clindamycin phosphate and benzoyl peroxide can kill bacteria and reduce swelling. Alternatively, clindamycin phosphate with niacinamide may be better for redness and irritation. Both options work well, so you should pick the one best for your skin type. Not sure which to try? Start with one, then switch if it doesn't help.
