Why does my left upper ear hurt when touched?

I am a 15 year old male and for the past 2 or 3 days I have had pain in my left semi-outwards upper ear. It feels sort-of like a bump and doesn't constantly hurt but hurts more if moved or touched (finger, airpod, etc.). It's not a sharp pain or anything, it has been more of a pressure-like pain at times. It's right below the surface and not in my inner ear. What might this be?

You may have an external ear infection, commonly known as “swimmer’s ear.” Signs and symptoms of it could be pain, which may worsen when touching the outside of the ear or tugging on the earlobe, as well as a sensation that your ear is full inside. Water trapped in the ear or skin irritation can cause this infection. You could help yourself feel better by trying to keep your ears dry and taking nonprescription pain relievers. However, if the pain doesn’t go away or becomes severe, you should see a ENT specialist.

I am a 22 year old female. I have had this for 4 days now. Saturday morning I woke up feeling feverish and a sore throat, it was red and looked very inflamed. I went to the pharmacy and bought immune booster and Ibupain Forte for the pain.
