The white spots on your genital area may be Tinea Versicolor, which is caused by fungus. It is a kind of yeast living on our skin. The spots may appear to be lighter or darker than the surrounding skin and can be itchy. To clear it up, you should use anti-fungal creams or shampoos. Keep the area dry and clean and wear loose clothes too. If they don't go away, visit a dermatologist.

Age-41yrs. From last 3 years suffering from a black patch all around my lips, specially below the lips on both sides. I had visited a doctor there who detected the problem to be Perical pig / Melasma Pg as written in the prescription. Treated me with the following medicines For the 1st month- Cetaphil gentle cleanser, Flutivate E cream alternate night and Kojic cream once in a day. Next visit I was advised to use Kojiglo cream once daily, Eukroma+Flutivate E cream on the patches twice a week. But I did not find any difference. I had informed the doctor that I cannot afford a very costly treatment, but on her assurance during my third visit I was applied Glycocil pack but yet felt no difference. Then was asked to use Dermadew Caloe lotion every day and Azideenz 10% gel once a day, this gel made my skin rough, when complained she advised me to use only Dermadew lotion day and night daily. My face is 2 to 3 shades darker than my body color. What to do now to get rid of this patch

I(22f) lost 20 kgs in 2022 and since then I am suffering from hairfall. I got blood test 2 months ago and I was deficient in vit d(9.44mg/ml) and iron(30). Doctor prescribed 60000iu shots twice weekly and a tablet for daily with additional 1000iu. Also taking iron supplement. I am having allergy from sun. Whenever I expose to sun I feel itchy in my whole body. It happened from 2022. I get red bumbs. I can even wear skinny clothes or clothes which aren't cotton. Now the symptom changed. I am getting red bumps like mosquito bites and I never leave my that part of the body which got the bumps. I always scratch that part. Like I got bumps in my leg closer to foot area and also in foot area 2 weeks ago. I can never concentrate other things. And yes The whole body also feel itchy but the red bump part is more itchy.
