Why do I have high heartbeat and body ache?

I am feeling like I have done heavy workout but I didn't. Heavy breathing, high heartbeat , body ache, numb and feeling current like flow in my body. I am not anxious , not any anxiety patient.

You are having issues resembling a workout - like the one where you breathe heavily, your heart beats fast, your body aches and you feel weird sensations. These symptoms may happen when your body is stressed or your nerves are overactive. The deep breaths, rests, and water also are responsible for making it easy for your body to relax.
