I did ovary cyst surgery. Then doctor told to adopt healthy lifestyle and no stress life and told to increase immunity. Then told to do biopsy after 9 months. Then Can I prevent from ovarian cancer in 9 months by changing life style, right diet, good sleep and exercise and stress free life and lots of happiness and increasing immunity? Please just say yes or no
