Why am I experiencing chest pain after ingesting Harpic?

I got into a fight and was suffocating under someone's weight when I coughed up blood. After which, I ingested some harpic and it hurts my chest and near my stomach to swallow anything at all. This was 2 days ago. I weigh 60 kgs. I also get blurry vision sometimes although I'm unsure if its the trauma to my head or harpic.

it started a month ago, at night i felt a burning sensation in my chest for about an hour and then followed by back pain and chest pain in the morning. Few days before that i was having a feeling that i was getting choked at night for 3 consecutive days whenever i tried to sleep. I went to the doctor and he said it is possibly GERD and prescribed me medicines but the medicine didnt help and i had this very intense back apin that got into the shoulders and left arm. The infection fixed but my intestines are now destroyed. The rectum encounters occasional pain (stabbing like) after using the toilet and the stool is covered in mucus. The stool color is dark red/ brown. No diarrhea. Heart pain that radiates to the left arm, probably under reactive inflammatory context. No tachycardia. Do I have to start 250mg vancomycin hydrochloride PO each 6 hours for 7 days? All the doctors in my city are saying that this antibiotic is only for diarrhea people. What should I do? I'm also nauseous. Took fluconazole 3 weeks then itraconazole 3 weeks in winter, no help, just probably made the situation worse. Today WBC 11.9. Anti-streptolysin, sedimentation rate & reactive C protein are normal. Abdominal tomography displayed inflamed lymph nodes around aorta (reactive inflammatory context). What would you do if you were me? Not currently taking any medication/ having any known condition.
