Both ovaries are unremarkable and containing a few follicles. No ascites or enlarged lymph nodes. The rectosigmoid junction is compressed by the enlarged uterus. Trace pelvic free fluid noted, likely physiologic. Urinary bladder is moderately compressed anteriorly.
