Why am I experiencing vaginal discharge and abdominal pain?

I have a boyfriend we are in physical relationship from the past 1 year we used to met mostly once in a month and sometimes twice. Usually we used protections but one time we had a minor V sex without protection. Till yet we haven't a proper intercourse. My vagina is still Virgin. We had anal sex with protection. It's being around 5 month when we met last time. Last month I got vaginal discharge which is thick and white. It irritates me a lot and itching btw clitoris and urethra. And I got my periods few days before my menstrual cycle and I also got minor spotting once 4 days before periods. I don't what should I do ???? I'm scared. I also have abdominal pain whenever I eat something. Most of ye time my lower abdomen is paining. Plzzz guide me I'm so much confused ????????????????????

You may have an infection in your vaginal area. The white, thick fluid and itchy feeling might indicate a yeast infection. Bleeding before your monthly period could be linked too.
