Can hormonal imbalance pills affect pregnancy chances?

Skipping a menstrual cycle for 2 months is related to the levels of your hormonal imbalance. The hormones control the menstrual cycle. When you have quit taking the pills and still not getting a period you must be patient and watch out if the period comes.
