Why haven't I gotten my period in 2 months?

I have not gotten my periods since last two months so i took pregnancy test but it also came negative now I'm not understanding what to do

Hello doctor. Me and my partner didn’t had sex but on 4th July 2024, I gave him oral and then kissed him on the lips with his precum on my lips. And then he went down on me. Had unprotected non penetrative sex (wearing underwear) on day 8 of menstrual cycle. Started vaginal bleeding that lasts only few minutes on day 17 and day 19 (12-10 days before periods) (Did not happen on day 18). First bleeding started with red color then started spotting brown.
