Why Do I Have Small Cheek Bumps?

I have pinpoint small dots all over my cheeks they seem like bumps and acne but I have tried tea tree oil and lemon and nothing works

Sometimes, tiny bumps appear on the skin. It's called milia. They happen when dead skin cells get trapped near the surface. To help get rid of milia, you can try using a gentle exfoliating scrub to remove those dead skin cells. Also, keep your skin clean and moisturized - that's important.
