The purple-black circle around your penis area could be a bruise. Or, it might be a blood vessel you can see now. Maybe it happened from an injury. Or, some friction during physical activities caused it. If it doesn't hurt or itch, it will probably heal by itself. But, if you see any changes or feel discomfort, talk to a dermatologist. They can check it out and make sure everything's okay.
