Following the incident 2-3 years ago, I visited multiple gastroenterologists who examined me but never wanted to go beyond an ultrasound, which they always said looked fine. They concluded that the problem is functional. After discovering my lactose intolerance, I learned to avoid lactose, but unfortunately, I still feel unwell 1-2 times a week. It starts with a bit of diarrhea and then nausea, which I try to alleviate with Biochetasi and other products like baking soda and lemon, but I still go through tough hours. Tonight's episode was particularly severe, and I don't know how to resolve this!!
