I'm 18 years old now ,I started masturbation when I was 11 years old that means I'm in 7th th class ,in 8th class I used to masturbate everyday ,sometimes I used to masturbate multiple times in a day and I used to enjoy that climax orgasm,in my ninth class also I continued the same but in my tenth class my testicles became saggy , whenever I used masturbate after masturbation my testicles used to become so loose and i used to feel uncomfortable, for that sake I decreased the frequency of masturbation like once a week but after few days I lost my level of orgasm and I used get less pleasure but still I used to masturbate, i neglected it .. Masturbation is a natural phenomenon. All men do this but as a natural principle… excess of everything is always bad, so you must try to control it.

Don't do it more than once or twice in a month.
