Just by eating away from the remembrance of excess salt and sugar, high blood pressure can be at times reversed. Do not think of only salt but think of salt and sugar because these can be high causes of high blood pressure. Begin by eating lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean protein such as chicken and fish. Also, you should limit the intake of processed foods and drinks full of sugar.
