Are long menstrual periods a health concern?

It’s fine if your period is late after taking Plan B because it messes with your cycle. Some symptoms like spotting, feeling sick, or changes in the timing of your menstrual cycle are pretty normal too. Remember that stress may also cause a delay in your period so try not to worry too much about it. Everything should return to normal soon enough.  If not though, then maybe think about getting a pregnancy test.

Many factors can cause breast pain apart from cancer Hormonal changes like menstruation, pregnancy, and breastfeeding.. Injury or trauma to the breast. Fibrocystic breast changes or benign breast lumps. Breast infections like mastitis. Certain medications like hormonal contraceptives and antidepressants. Wearing ill-fitting bras or engaging in strenuous exercise. Most breast pains are not caused by cancer. Consult a doctor if you experience persistent breast pain. 

You may have a urinary tract infection (UTI), a common disease. A bacterium that enters the urinary tract is one of the causes of such an infection. The sensation of burning and itching after urinating is a typical symptom of a UTI. You must drink plenty of water rather than holding in the urine. If the urge to pee occurs immediately, don't wait until you are comfortable. In addition, you should better put on cotton underwear and abstain from perfumed soaps in that area. If the symptoms do not improve, or become worse, it is necessary to see a doctor to run some tests and probably take some medicine to clear off the infection.
