Why did my heavy period suddenly stop?

My period started after finger simulation and it was very heavy and I bled through a lot very quickly and then the next day and night nothing barely any blood. My period was supposed to start that day and it usually lasts 5-7 days, the first 2 being heavy and then slowing down. Why did it completely stop? Did all the blood just come out at once? Does that happen?

The thing is I had an unprotected intercourse last month and a mistake actually happen and I ought to use postinor 2 for the first time to prevent any form of pregnancy.
