How Can I Treat White Spots from Vitiligo?

My Son age is 19 years old and is undergoing vitiligo treatment.. No improvement in the white spots. Is there any advance treatment to avoid growth of white spots..? and reduce white spots Pl suggest

I have Fungal dermatitis on my face, neck & back and it won’t go away.
