Why can't I sleep with left ear pain?

Since 2 weeks, I have persistently sound is coming in my ears what is the issue possible? Im 55 years old Since 10 days im taking augmentan antibiotic 625 mg twice a day After this issue arises or due to this sound is coming, there is also little pain arises in my right ear and right side of my jaw teeth Problem is the same, the sound is still coming with the pain

For a few days I feel pain in the upper part of the right ear, means on the right side of the head. Then swelling just above the ear. Pain in the ear, pain behind the ear, pain in the jaw and neck. Now the right ear are blocked . There is swelling of the right side of head.

Dear Doctor, I'm an 18-year-old male. About 15-16 days ago, I had a really bad cold with symptoms including a sore throat, headache, and fever. After 7-8 days, my cold symptoms healed, but I still had a sore throat, hoarse voice, a completely blocked right ear, and I was constantly coughing up green mucus. Four days ago, I visited a doctor and was prescribed moxifloxacin 400mg once a day for 5 days (today is day 3). While my coughing has generally decreased, I still have a sore throat and my right ear is still blocked, although it did briefly open for a few minutes yesterday. This has been ongoing for three weeks, and I'm starting to lose hope as I'm not sure what I have or if I'll get better. In addition to moxifloxacin, here are the other medications I'm currently taking: Nasacort AQ (once a day) - today is day 6 Phenadone (twice a day) - today is day 8 Nexium (once a day) - today is day 6 Ganaton (three times a day) - today is day 6 Seretide Accuhaler Diskus (twice a day) - today is day 8 Polymer Adult Hypertonic 3% (twice a day) - today is day 3 Could you please help me understand what might be causing these persistent symptoms and advise on any further steps I should take?
