The lower left quadrant of my abdomen hurts for 12 days with mild bloating. The pain was intense before, very intense when it comes, I would say a 7 to 8 out of 10. I also had abdominal cramps, rectal tenesmus, and have been taking laxatives but not anymore today. I still feel occasional discomfort and pain in my abdomen. The pain was intense for 9 days before dampening now into a more mild form. I made a visit to the doctor in day 9 (it is day 12 today) and the doctor said it should be cleared up in 3 days. The doctor said it may be a fecaloma. After not taking laxatives, the diarrhoea is less watery but I still feel bloated and painful in my abdomen although much milder. I suspect an underlying problem.

Your symproms could be due to some underlying issue..possible causes can be fecal impaction, gastrointestinal infections, Ibs, or other gastrointestinal conditions. Follow up with your doctor for thorough evaluation and diagnosis.

Hey, I am a 22-year-old boy, and I have stomach pain. I feel dizzy due to this; I have a vision issue. Since yesterday, when I go to the washroom to pee, when I pass the urine, it's got a dark yellow colour in it. It is not normal, and please suggest the best you can.

Male | 22

Having inflammation in the abdomen, dizziness, unclear or distorted vision, and the fact that the urine is darker shade of yellow than usual might point to something. Make an effort to drink more water. In addition to this, you can consume simple and dry meals, as well as, avoid coffee, tea, and alcoholic drinks. If no improvement is experienced, then visit a doctor for a check-up.

Judging from the information you have shared, there are chances of you having lower abdomen pain caused by diaphragmatic strain or inflammation. It is necessary to seek medical assistance, such as a gastroenterologist or a GP doctor.

i am 31 year old i diagnosed with acute calcolus cholecystitis , my gall bladder stone size is 18 mm , my doctor already did key hole method to remove the stone but due to inflamation and infection around my gall bladder my doctor stop the surgery , while surgery they fine severly distended gallbladder, dense omental adhesions, pericholecystic fluid, frozen callots triangle, features suggestive of acute calcolus cholecystitis . so my doctor suggest to do the surgery after 2 month , my question is that gall bladder get rupture or is there any any life threatening issue

Female | 31

Problems with the gallbladder can be difficult. If they’re left untreated, there is a slight chance that it may burst which could be very serious. When this happens you’ll have piercing pain all over your stomach area, fever and feel weak all the time. Dealing with the infection before anything else is vital.

If you have lost immunity to hepatitis B, it means that your body is no longer protected against the hepatitis B virus. Immunity to HBV is typically acquired through vaccination or prior infection.
