What Does Thickened Decidualized Endometrium Mean?

Patient's Query

What is thats means thickened decidualized endometrium

Answered by Dr. Himali Patel

Thickened decidualized endometrium means that the tissue lining your uterus has become thicker than usual because it's preparing for pregnancy. This usually happens during pregnancy or before your period. However, it can also occur due to hormone imbalances or certain medical conditions. When the endometrium thickens like this, it can cause symptoms like heavy periods, irregular spotting, abdominal pain, or trouble getting pregnant. If you're experiencing any of these symptoms, it's important to see a gynecologist

Im 34 weeks pregnant and im coming out yellowish and green discharge

Female | 23

I recommend that you contact your gynecologist or obstetrician right away. This could be a sign of infection that left untreated will harm both you and the baby. Your doctor will give a diagnosis and treatment options for that condition.

Have got pregnant even after taking the medicine the bleeding is not started

Female | 24

If you have taken emergency contraception, and you are still pregnant and experiencing a delay in your period, it's crucial to consult a healthcare provider promptly. Emergency contraception is not 100% effective, and there's a possibility of pregnancy despite taking the medication.

LIGHT PERIODS LASTING 2 days are common and normal.. The average menstrual cycle is 28 day. A normal period can last 2-7 days, with average blood loss around 30-40ml. Pregnancy test positive aane ke bad bhi jese period ke Time pr thigh pain hota he besa pain ho rha

Female | 26

Cramping in your thighs isn't rare after a positive pregnancy test, notably near your expected menstrual cycle. Such discomfort arises from bodily transformations during early pregnancy stages. Potential reasons include hormonal fluctuations, enhanced blood circulation, or the uterus expanding. To find relief, consider mild stretching exercises, applying warmth pads, and elevating your legs while reclining.

I got miscarriage of 8 weeks I want to know the reason

Female | 26

It could be due to some reasons including hormonal imbalances, infections or even abnormalities of chromosomes in the fetus. The best course of action is to visit a gynecologist or obstetrician for a comprehensive exam and the identification of the possible causes to avoid further complications in the future pregnency

My period was due on November 4th And never showed.. it still wasn’t around by the 4th. so I had unprotected sex for the first time. And now I’m worried and don’t know what to do if my period doesn’t show up.

Female | 16

It is necessary to take a pregnancy test if you had unprotected sexual intercourse and the delay of your period occurs. While a negative result and the absence of your period require an additional check with consulting either gynecologists or obstetricians. They can determine if there is an underlying condition responsible for the delay and offer adequate treatment
