I’m 20 I have small penis how can I increase size
Male | 20
Different penis sizes are normal for men. Having a small penis is not usually a health issue. It is more about genes. Penis size does not impact sexual function. But sometimes, stress or worry can make you concerned about it. If you feel worried, it is important to talk to someone you trust, like a sexologist or counselor.

I am having a lot of pain passing urine. I'm also bleeding a lot. This is after having sex with my s/o. We didn't use protection twice. I don't know if it's UTI or STI. I've never had this problem before and I'm terrified. Please assist
Female | 24
It appears from the symptoms you mention that something does not work well because of pain and bleeding which happen every time after having sexual intercourse. A UTI or an STI may be the cause of this. UTIs are infections that happen in the body's urinary tract, while STIs are infections that are transferred through sex. The most common symptoms are pain, burning when passing water, and bleeding. It is very important to see a doctor to make sure you're diagnosed and receive the proper treatment fast. Also, remember to always use protections during sex for instances of contamination.

I had unprotected sex 8th hours before. I take one one ipill. What should I do now?
Female | 24
It is good that you've taken the emergency contraceptive pill within 8 hours of sex without protection. I-pill is most effective when taken immediately after intercourse. You may feel sick or have a headache or unusual bleeding. If the symptoms are severe or don't go away, go to a gynecologist immediately.

Last week of june I met with my gf. We didn't had sex, but did the foreplay thing. For protection I wore condom also with my boxers on. My concern is that two time I changed the condoms after I cum and while changing the condoms, sperm comes in contact with my fingers and after that we did foreplay (fingering in vagina). So how much possibilities that sperm from my fingers will went inside her vagina that will lead to pregnancy as she is on her ovulation period. Her last period started on 14th june, cycle 28 to 30 days. I know now nothing can be done other than, just to wait for period to come. But before consulting you I consulted a sexologist. He told me to to connect to a gynecologist. They will provide you with a better solution. Whether it is practically possible or not. Sperms comes in contact with fingers. After that it comes in contact with other things also like blanket. Than this fingering thing happened. So in such case. Are sperms healthy for fertilisation that can seriously lead to pregnancy. Mentally it is affecting us a lot. First time we are facing this issue don't know what to do. Is it really serious. As no intercourse happened or ejaculation inside her. Concerned about the fingers on sperm. While fingering*

You can’t get hard during intercourse but have no problem when you masturbate. This might be caused by stress or anxiety. At times being too concerned about how well we do in bed affects our bodies’ ability to function normally. Take it easy. However, if it happens again then consult your doctor immediately.

However, I got result that I am HBsAg positive. I went to MD doctor who recommended various tests including Sonography to check liver status. It came out that liver is completely normal, no diabetes and followings were the report: 1. Anti-HBc IgM : Negative 2. Anti HBeAg : Positive 3. ANTI HBsAg : Non-reactive 4. HBsAg : Reactive 5. HBV DNA Viral Load : 6360 IU/mL, Log10 Value : 3.80 When I went back to the same doctor, he said I have no active Hep B infection and it has long came and gone. So I don't need to do anything now as I am completely recovered. However, I need to get my family members tested and vaccinated for Hep B and also my future wife should be tested and vaccinated for Hep B before we initiate our sexual relationship. Can you please share your thoughts on the same? Have I completely recovered from Hep B? I haven't informed this to my family members or anyone as Hep B still has stigma around it but I am also concerned for my current and future family. Kindly help.

It's usual for people as they mature to have trouble obtaining and preserving an erection. This may happen because of reduced blood circulation, specific medications, stress, or fundamental illnesses such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease. To improve your condition, try remaining physically active, eating well, managing stress, and talking to your doctor about possible remedies.

A while ago, I felt goosebumps and a strange movement in my testicles. I felt that the temperature of my testicles was high. I went to the doctor and he said that I have a simple varicocele in the testicle on the right testicle, and one or two veins can be seen on the scrotum. Then the doctor advised me to do a Doppler x-ray, and after I did a Doppler scan of the testicle, it turned out that there were no Evidence for varicose veins, and everything is normal. Though i still can see one or two thin veins on the scrotum

These signs might be because of many things such as stress or bad eating habits. But don’t worry, your brother’s test result was negative which is good news but to ease your mind, you should also take an HIV test among others after discussing with a doctor about the issues at hand.

Am unmarried girl So what unmarried phase nightfall???So is this not a danger for girls? And problems create after marriage ?? If 3 time a months every month Still this is normal for girls ???
Female | 22
Nightfall which is also known as the nocturnal emissions is a phenomenon that can occur in both boys and girls. For girls, it is natural that some of them may face this. It happens as a result of sexual dreams or arousal. Having nightfall a few times a month should not be a cause for concern. In general, however, it does not cause any problems after marriage. It is a natural process for the body to get rid of the accumulated sexual tension. If it starts to occur often or becomes a nuisance, it is advisable to consult a sexologist.

facing premature ejaculation problem as well as problem with erection. I am 36 years old. how to get rid of it. dont have any such other health issues. but from very early age have a addiction to masturbation. what should i do, should i start taking viagra or something else. kindly guide
Male | 36
Certain issues can cause people to finish too quickly and have trouble getting hard. Mental health can play a part in it, such as feeling nervous or being under tension. The problem may also be caused by masturbating too much when you were younger. Instead of taking drugs like Cialis, you should first try to find out what’s really going on through therapy or counseling and then look for ways to deal with your concerns. You must speak openly about this with your doctor so that they can give you the right advice.

Premature ejaculation is treatable. Relaxation techniques help. Improve by practicing the "squeeze technique." It is also possible to try topical anesthetics. Consult a doctor for further advice.

I am 21 years old and I would like to know why do I always feel tired, weak and sick after having sex but it only happens when I ejaculate inside of my girlfriend but when I pull out everything is normal
Male | 21
You may have something called post-orgasmic illness syndrome (POIS). Post ejaculation it can lead to tiredness, weakness, and feeling unwell. The cause is suspected to be an allergic reaction to the person's semen. One approach is to use condoms during sex to prevent this kind of reaction. It is crucial to have a sexologist who is qualified for a proper diagnosis and management plan.

Before having sex i wore condom inside out by mistake and in rush instead of using another i used same by flipping it. so is there any chances that if there was any precum, it can make my partner pregnant? and its been 5 days since that sex. what are the things we can do to avoid smallest chances of pregnancy?
Male | 26
If there was any precum and you put the condom on inside out but then flipped it, there might be a small chance of pregnancy, but it’s not very likely. It’s only been 5 days since that happened, so it’s too early for her to have any signs of being pregnant. To make things even safer, suggest to her that she should use emergency contraception such as the morning-after pill. This will stop the egg from being fertilized. Also, just to be cautious, watch out for any unusual symptoms in your partner within the next few weeks like missing a period or having strange bleeding.

Dear Doctor, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to discuss some concerns that have been affecting my mental and sexual health, specifically related to my use of pornography and its broader impact on my life. I am a male, 26/27 years old. No health issues. I've noticed that my consumption of pornography and engagement in cybersex have escalated to a point where they negatively affect my life and relationships. My need for increasingly explicit material to achieve sexual arousal has grown over the years (a phenomenon called "Desensitization" i believe), and it's become apparent that this pattern is not sustainable. I've observed that this habit has not only affected my ability to enjoy real-life sexual encounters but has also contributed to the deterioration of my previous relationship. At times, I had found myself needing to think of pornography to maintain an erection during sexual intercourse. In an attempt to address this, I've tried to quit watching porn, only to experience a significant drop in my libido and desire for sexual activity. This "flat line" phase, as it's often referred to in various forums, has left me feeling worried and uncertain about the path forward. Of course, i started watching again, just to make sure that everything is normal. The first couple of times, the erections were weaker than usual. I understand that the body of scientific research in this area is still evolving, and there seems to be a lack of definitive guidance on dealing with these challenges. Given these complexities, I'm seeking your professional advice on several fronts: 1- Is the "flat line" phase a recognized scientific phenomenon, and what does current research say about it? 2- Considering my concerns about the long-term effects of abstaining from pornography and reduced masturbation, what guidance can you provide? I'm particularly worried about maintaining sexual function, including erectile strength and ejaculation control. 3-Could you suggest any scientific, medical research articles or resources that could offer more insight into these issues? Your expertise and any evidence-based recommendations would be immensely valuable to me as I consider my next steps. Many thanks for your time and consideration. Kind regards,
Male | 26
It is crucial to realize that gaining an excessive amount of pornography and cyberspace ultimately results in being desensitized, and it has a negative impact on sexual encounters with real living partners and relationships.
The "flat line" effect, that you brought up, is also a commonly displayed problem where former porn addicts may experience a drop in their sex drive and arousal. But for now, the findings are not substantial, more studies are required to distinguish porn effect on sexual function from its own.
With regard to facilitation, many people have found it immensely helpful to consult a professional mental health care provider, such as a therapist or a counselor, and avail their expert help in dealing with this problem and addressing any underlying psychological factors. A sex therapist may possess skills in counseling individuals with sexual dysfunction or enhancing sexual functions.
Your well-being is of top concern and seeking the help of a mental and sexual health specialist can provide you with the needed information when making a decision about your next step. In this connection, I suggest you talk to a psychologist or sex therapist, whose main professional concern is the issues you are experiencing, for more help and support.
Best regards,
Dr. Madhu Sudan
