Good Afternoon, I was referred by a friend to contact you. I'm set to go to the doctor tomorrow but first want to consult a doctor online before going to my doctor. I have a quite weird symptom - Since the beginning of the year I have been having some stomach problems. I can't eat rich food, like too spicy food, Tomato Sauce and Chillies ect. The other thing Is I have been having now and then stomach cramps also like a heartburn feeling but in my stomach and then the most embarrassing symptom is my stomach growling even when I did eat it still growling. Can you please tell me what might be wrong and what medication I should take. Thank You.

One possibility is that you are suffering from gastrointestinal problems if you feel bothered by things like stomach pain, a heartburn-like sensation, and continuous stomach growling. This can be acute or chronic inflammation of your stomach lining, which usually the symptoms point to. Besides, it is suggested to consume food in small amounts and at short intervals, stay away from those that are spicy or acidic, and for temporary relief use over-the-counter drugs similar to Tums. Talk with a gastroenterologist for their expert advice and treatments.

Mild stomach pain. Bites after a while. At last I ate chicken and fish in the afternoon
Male | 25
You seem to have food poisoning. Food poisoning symptoms may consist of mild belly upset followed by throwing up or diarrhea after some time. Emissions of undercooked fowl or fish may result in stomach pain only. To cure the situation, get enough rest, drink lots of water, and forgo eating for a couple of hours. If it so happens that the symptoms you have become more severe or remain, it would be better if you visit a gastroenterologist.

Female | 24
As a medical expert, I would recommend you to make a gastroenterologist consult about your anal fissure scar issue. Over-the-counter creams may not work and could cause other problems. A gastroenterologist can prescribe appropriate treatment measures including topical medications or surgery if required.

Female | 34
I warn against alcohol or acetaminophen (Tylenol) co-ingestion due to the possibility of liver injury. It is advised to allow yourself at least 24-hour interval after drinking before taking acetaminophen. If you are experiencing any symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting, you need to contact a gastroenterologist.
