I was on deanxit for 2 years with escitolopram 20 , my doctor stoped deanxit due to its side efficts and put me on wellbutrin 150 my with escitolopram 20 mg, it has been 12, 13 days and facing severe withdrawl symptoms like needles and tingles sensation in Arms and legs, Anxiety and weakness, what should i do with these symptoms Thanks and Regards

Male | 40

To minimize such effects, it's crucial to reduce Deanxit dosage gradually under medical guidance. Meanwhile, staying hydrated, eating nutritious meals, resting enough, and doing light exercises may provide relief. But remember, always keep your doctor informed about changing your dosage for effective management.

I am facing general depression issues , due to my stressed lifestyle at the moment. Do I need to speak with a psychiatrist?

Female | 50

One should consult a psychiatrist or counsellor for proper diagnosis and further treatment, i.e. you have depression or bipolar disorder, as treatment and outcome is different for both disorders, however let the psychiatrist decide what medications to take as per you r psychological condition, and have never personally used glutathione in bipolar.

I am using inderal 10mg twice and escitalophram 10 mg daily for anxiety from last 1 year.. Now i am good last time doctor said that we will reduce yout dose and then gradually quit this medication. Now iam far away from city and cannot go there kindly suggest me how to reduce dose

Male | 22

I advise against abruptly discontinuing any medication without consulting your doctor, especially when managing anxiety. Abruptly stopping drugs such as Inderal and Escitalopram can lead to serious withdrawal symptoms. It is preferable to seek guidance from a psychiatrist or mental health specialist for a proper tapering schedule to minimize potential adverse effects. It's crucial to follow your doctor's instructions and regularly update them about your condition.
