Female | 31

It is advisable not to discontinue steroids abruptly without consulting your doctor as it leads to withdrawal symptoms. Please visit your doctor for any worries about the medication and they will give you a professional advice. If you happen to need a respiratory problem specialist, visit a pulmonologist.

Hi I have asthma and i have been quite breathless tonight could you help please

Female | 29

Asthma inflames and narrows airways, making breathing difficult. Use your inhaler as directed. Sit straight and breathe slowly, deeply. If still struggling, seek medical help or go to the ER. Control asthma with regular check-ups and medications.
