I am 25 year old female ,recently had a echocardiogram . Report was showing everything normal except one finding - Mild thickened aortic ncc . Does it mean I have aortic sclerosis?

Mild thickening of the aortic valve is not the same as aortic sclerosis. Sometimes, as people get older, their aortic valves can get a little bit thicker. It’s usually not a big deal and doesn’t cause any symptoms. Make sure to keep following up with a cardiologist so they can keep an eye on it.

I have a heart rate of around 96 during resting, and could rise up to 110 or 111 during resting. I calculated this through Apple Watch.
