My name is lalmani Paswan and I'm 23 year old i have need doctor consultation

Male | 23

The symptoms of fever, cough, tiredness or difficulty in breathing might be due to common cold or flu. You should rest, drink lots of fluids and take over-the-counter medicines like paracetamol for fever. Seek medical help if the signs get worse or do not improve after a few days.

Male | 19

Your brother has fever frequently. Different things like infections, inflammation may cause it. He might feel tired, achy, too. To fix it, find out the reason. Visit a doctor for a checkup and treatment.

can doctors tell you when the infection started in test results such as chlamydia?

Male | 19

It's impossible for a doctor to know if you got infected on a certain day through a test result for chlamydia. He or she just can inform you if you have the infection at the moment. If you suspect chlamydia infection, call on a gynecologist or a urologist, who will assign needed tests, diagnose, and give proper treatment.

I get 5-6 days headaches in a month continuosly. Usually it lasts throughout the day or sometimes starts after afternoon. I get these headaches from last six months. Before that I used get headaches but not so frequently, 1 or 2 days in month or so.. Will there be any underlying cause for this. Can you recommend what tests I need to undergo for the diagnosis.

Female | 30

Frequent headaches may have multiple causes like stress, lack of sleep, and dietery changes are few among them. However, it is recommended to seek medical advice to rule out any underlying medical condition. Please visit your general physician or neurologist. Depending on the observation, they may advise you to undergo an MRI or CT scan to diagnose the cause of your headaches.
