My son does not want to understand anything about how he is waiting his life and what should do for himself to independent

Male | 25

It seems like your son is having difficulties taking over the control and decision-making process. I would suggest contacting a therapist or counselor who treat particularly young adults. A mental health professional can assist your son with the development of confidence necessary to regain control over his life.

I'm 26 I have autism ocd Suspected ADHD and suspected fibromyalgia I'm taking 15mg of escitalopram It's making me fall asleep from 6 am to 8 am What should I do? I take it in the evening

Male | 26

Escitalopram might be making you feel too drowsy in the morning like it's the reason you are going to sleep. This case is more or less the same with some people. An example of one thing you might do is to consume it earlier in the evening, for instance, right before you eat. This way, you may later be tired but not in the morning. If the problem continues, bring it up with your doctor.

My brother has been having trouble with sleeping and smokes through out the day. It's been a year since it all started. Our family has a history of depression/ similar mental health issues. More can be discussed over call

Male | 31

your brother might be suffering from a sleep disorder as well nicotine addictions. These are health complications that may result if not treated. The underlying causes of your brother’s symptoms will need to be diagnosed by a sleep specialist and psychiatrist. Seek immediate medical care first to prevent any further injuries.
