These are because of stress caused by being in the company of others and not keeping our teeth clean or not having enough of some vitamins. Pain that makes it feel as if one’s leg is on fire may result from damage to the nerves through which such messages pass or an interruption in normal blood flow which provides oxygen and nutrients to affected areas. Soften up while brushing your teeth but don’t eat anything spicy when you have ulcers. If they’re still painful after two weeks then see a dentist.

To get her teeth white again and have good breath, she should try gentle brushing with fluoride toothpaste, floss every day; and rinse her mouth with salt water. For now, spicy or acidic foods should be avoided; however, if this persists then she should see a dentist.
