I have operated my teeth from a orthodontist at the age of 14 .I had crooked teeth . After investing my 1 year my teeth were aligned. I had braces these year. Now at the age of 24 I can see my teeth are aligning back to their original spaces they are getting crooked again. I want to know about what to do next.

It sounds like your teeth are going back to their original positions again. This is possible to happen in the case that you do not use your retainers according to the plan of your orthodontist. The deletion of the braces, and retainers are useful for keeping teeth in their new position. They are the ones responsible for the extraction of teeth which in turn migrate back. local generalised xray is needed for that particular tooth. if filling has not helped the pain, then maybe a RCT will be required.can comment on it only after seeing the x-ray.

for the discomfort after the filing a simple solution could be to just visit the same Dentist back & tell him to reduce the filling ti get in Occlusion

Sir I am 54 years old with history of 14-15 years diabetic under controlled On insulin No.BP,No.Heart daises, no others problem. But I have lost my all teeths and now i am using dentures. Is fixed implantation for me is ok or not ? Any other good suggestion for me which will be good for me.
