CA-125 marker result came for my mother's report. The result is 1200 u/ml and the reference is 35u/ml. She was diagnosed with a ovarian tumor three days ago and is going to be operated on 19-7-21. the tumor is early stage but the CA-125 result really bothers me. could u please clear my doubts?

In my opinion, there are other options apart from surgery, they should be tried and surgical options can wait till a later stage.
She needs a stage-wise diagnosis and treatment which may include CT scan or PET CT.

Pain in the arm pit can be due to many reasons, infections and breast pathologies being most common. Hormonal changes are also associated with some pain in the arm pit areas. Three years back I was diagnosed with Colon cancer and treated for that. I was cancer-free after the treatment. But recently, I had to do a CT scan for a non-cancer purpose and then the doctor said there is a spot. So he asked me to have some other tests. Then one tumor was discovered during the PET scan, it's a new one. It's a particularly aggressive malignancy, and I'm losing a significant portion of my liver. A 45 year old woman just had surgery of left kidney removal due to renal cell carcinoma. A report came back saying “Microscopically; - left side radical nephrectomy ; - Sections show; renal cell carcinoma, nuclear grade Ill according WHO/ISUP grading system (composed of 4 grade), the growth composed of diffuse, tubular micropapillary patterns, the cells having granular eosinophilic cytoplasm, with invasion of pelvicalyseal system and renal sinus. Minimal tumor necrosis. Positive Lymphovascular and renal capsular invasion (but no invasion to perirenal fat). No renal vein invasion. Pieces of rib was tumor free. The growth limited to kidney, no extra renal extension. AJCC TNM staging 2N0Mx group stage I| (T2= mass > 7 cm< 10 cm limited to kidney)”. Some doctors are stating that chemotherapy is needed now because there is a risk of it being spread in the body (not necessarily organs). So my question is what does this report summarize or mean? Can you explain it to me and how chemotherapy really is needed?
