As per my understanding you are having left arm pain post CABG, also your body becomes stiff. Whenever a patient is having Left arm pain espically with history of CAD, the first thing is to rule out cardiac pathology. Immediately visit a cardiologist. He will carefully evaluate the current condition of the patient. Differentiate between cardiac causes and non cardiac cause of left arm pain. Non cardiac causes can be treated medically; in case of cardiac causes a detailed evaluation is needed. Some diagnostic test may also be done to know the exact cause and decide on the treatment. Hi, I have been experiencing chest pain since Nov'18. Post which I have done 7 ECG test, a stress test and the results were normal. I was advised hyperactivity medicines, however the pain never stopped. I met a Gastroenterologist, who confirmed no issues. Than I met a cardiologist who suggested for 2D echo, did it, it was normal. Then I did sonography, stage 1 fatty liver observed. Than did angiography, no blockages observed, however the blood flow is slow. Now I am left with nothing... The chest pain still persists, post angiography I also feel numbness in my left arm. Don't know what to do. I was recommended following medicines post angiography... strovas Dilzem sr Pan 40mg I have already started following a proper diet. Avoiding junk food, extra salt, oil etc. This has started affecting my work and i am unable to deviate from the thought of the pain

Hello, I have been having pain in my right shoulder and in my chest around my heart area, but when I take my prescribed medication for my heart. It doesn't alleviate the pain. I was diagnosed with hypertension at age 13. I started taking Lisinopril 5mg daily with great results. Two weeks ago i noticed my resting bloodpressure is perfect (104/67-120/80) but as soon as i stand it rises to 121/80s-139/90s and distolic goes even higher the longer i stand and increased palpatations sometimes with discomfort.
