The tests show you may have a sickness. Your body is fighting it. The TB medicine is helping, but sicknesses can take time to go away. Keep taking your medicine like the doctor said. Tell the doctor if you feel new things. Stay hopeful! Follow what the doctor says.

I haven't asthma flare up and I don't see my primary for 2 weeks is there anyway that I'm able to get a prescription for my prednisone for my wheezing and cough until then. I'm at Kroger pharmacy in River oaks, Gray street, Houston Texas.

You can go to see a pulmonologist or an allergist, who may be the appropriate professionals to see the wheezing and cough related to the asthma attack. They would be able to examine your condition and write them a prescription for prednisone if it is necessary.

It is possible that you may have an underlying respiratory condition such as asthma or COPD that is causing your symptoms. You should see a doctor for a more thorough evaluation and to discuss treatment options. It is also possible that your symptoms could be caused by allergies or other environmental triggers. An allergist or pulmonologist can help you identify the underlying cause of your symptoms and develop an effective treatment plan.

The patient is having lots of cough and couldn't sleep because of continues cough can i use levofloxacin with fexofenadine precisely leflox 750 mg with telfast 120 mg
Male | 87
Do not attempt to medicate yourself without a proper diagnosis. The patient might be suffering from a respiratory illness or allergy, hence the combination of levofloxacin and fexofenadine might not be appropriate. It is suggested that you see a pulmonologist or allergist for proper assessment and management.

Is tramadol risky for a 99 year old woman? It was given to grandmother at nursing home and she started running out of breath.
Female | 99
This is especially risky for a 99-year-old woman. Tramadol may lead to respiratory problems among older adults. If she experiences any breath shortness; it is crucial to discontinue use of this drug immediately and seek medical attention. The doctor will provide necessary assistance on how to manage such symptoms as well as finding another less harmful medicine.

Want to know how it transfer tuberculosis from a patient who has been having treatment for more than 6 month to another working in the same team.
Male | 43
Tuberculosis spreads through the air from coughs or sneezes. If your teammate's treatment exceeds six months, transmission risk decreases. Watch for persistent coughing, fever, and weight loss. See a pulmonologist if symptoms arise. Cover coughs, wash hands frequently - good hygiene prevents TB spread.

My daughter has had a pretty bad cough since Wednesday. We know it’s bronchitis, but we need some over-the-counter medicine for her to take. Do you have any recommendations?
Female | 13
if this is bronchitis, the problem is that there may be some swelling inside her lungs’ airways. It causes coughing, mucus and sometimes fever too. Give her lots of water to drink and let her have enough bed rest. Additionally, consider buying an OTC cough syrup with dextromethorphan for her. This will relieve the irritation in the throat making the cough less frequent and more productive. Do not exceed the recommended dose on the label without consulting a doctor or pharmacist first.

How to take sevfurane 50 inhaler? After taking sevfurane does a person stop breathing? What if a person drinks the sevfurane?
Female | 27
Inhale the sevfurane 50 by breathing in slowly and deeply while pressing down on the inhaler. Do not stop breathing after taking it as it should not make you stop breathing. If a person drinks sevfurane, they may feel dizzy, confused, have a slow heartbeat or even slip into a coma. In such a case, one should be rushed to the hospital without any delays. Drinking sevfurane is extremely dangerous and could lead to loss of life.

After having the flu, your body gets weaker. Germs found it easier to infect your chest area. That's why you're feeling tightness, wheezing, and coughing. The cold air makes these symptoms worse. To improve your condition, stay warm, drink lots of fluids, and use a humidifier. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice from a pulmonologist.

Male | 24
Your friend has extra fluid around the lungs, on both sides. It's called moderate right pleural effusion and bilateral lung fluid. This makes breathing difficult, causes chest pain, and coughing. Leaving it untreated may be dangerous. The causes could be infections or heart issues. Draining the fluid or taking medicines might help, depending on why it happened. It's crucial your friend visits a pulmonologist for proper tests and treatment.

I'm having breathing problem, chest pain, back pain and dry cough
Female | 26
I suggest visiting a pulmonologist within the shortest run for your breathing problem and dry cough. These symptoms may mean a respiratory infection or something that can progress to more serious problems such as asthma or bronchitis. For your chest and back pain, however, see a consultant orthopedic specialist who will discover and treat muscle and bone problems as needed.
