IVF is one of the most widely used procedures for treating infertility problems and assisting people in becoming parents. Turkey is home to the top IVF clinics as well as the best IVF doctors. Turkey has the best IVF clinics in terms of cost and quality of care. Each month, thousands of people travel to Turkey for IVF from all around the world.

We created a list of doctors who work at the top IVF clinics in Delhi based on our research.

Who is it useful for?

The main reason people go for fertility treatment like IUI is infertility problems.

Unexplained infertility: This is the most common issue while performing IUI treatment. IUI is generally the first treatment that is tried in such cases.

You want to use donor sperm: If you're going to use donor sperm as a single mother or a couple who wants to use donor sperm because of fertility issues, you can use IUI. These donor sperms generally come from certified labs.

Ovulatory Factor Infertility: Infertility in women can arise from ovulation disorders such as a lack of ovulation or a decreased quantity of eggs.

Low sperm count: If you or your partner's sperm count is low, or sperm is weak, minor, or slow, you can use IUI treatment. Here, the sperm that are selected and used are of high quality.

Semen Allergy: Some women are allergic to the sperm of their partners. These allergies can be caused by proteins found in sperm. During IUI, the allergy-causing proteins are eliminated from the sperm. It produces vaginal stinging, redness, and edema.

Procedure

You and your partner would get a thorough examination, including blood tests, analyzing the sperm, ultrasound, and other diagnostic treatments.

The infertility specialist can also give you oral or injectable medications for 5 days to 2 weeks. This increases your chance of ovulation and releasing multiple eggs at a time. Not everyone needs these medications.

Advantages

The following are the advantages of the IUI procedure:

Because IUI does not need the extraction of a woman's eggs from her uterus, the risks are minimal.

IUI does not require an aesthetic, so there are no problems during or after the procedure.

It may cure many infertility disorders such as unexplained infertility, male factor, erectile dysfunction, etc.

IUI is advantageous for those who wish to use donated eggs.

Success Rates

The success rate of IUI is 12% to 20% on average, can depend upon the factors that are not in the control o an infertility specialist. This can include a woman's age. If you are above 35, you will be advised to go for IVF.

Questions & Answers on "Infertility Specialist" (35)

I have been trying to conceive for the past 2 and half years. My AMH level was very low- 0.4ng/mL. I had one failed IVF from one of the hospital in kerala. Then I consulted another doctor from another hospital and I was suggested to do Autologous Stem Cell Ovarian Treatment (ASCOT). My last menstrual period was April 16 2024. And my ASCOT treatment was done on April 23, 2024. From May 1, 2024 to May 3, 2024 I had a slight bleeding. After which I have not yet got my periods and my pregnancy test is also negative. On June 10, 2024 I did a Beta HCG test and AMH test. Beta HCG test result is negative and my AMH has decreased to 0.39ng/mL Is it okay that my AMH has decreased after the stem cell treatment or should it be increased? I have got an appointment on June 22, 2024 and the next treatment doctor would be suggesting is IVF. I would like to know the percentage of positive outcome after this IVF.

Female | 29

A small decrease like yours after ASCOT is usually okay because AMH levels fluctuate slightly. The success rate of the upcoming IVF can range from 20% to 40%, depending on factors such as age and health. Symptoms of low AMH involve difficulty conceiving. For fertility issues, IVF is a good option.

Male | 39

Low sperm amounts can influence a baby's development in the womb. It can make getting pregnant harder. Signs may be challenges conceiving. This occurs when not enough healthy sperm exist to fertilize an egg. Causes could be smoking, drinking alcohol, poor nutrition, and certain medicines. Doctors may recommend lifestyle adjustments, healthy eating habits, and resolving underlying problems to boost sperm quantity.

I checked out my semen test for fertility Sperm count 120million/ml Motality 70% Sluggish 10% Abnormal 20% Is this normal or not? Having trouble in erection

Male | 26

Your sperm count remains commendable but, unfortunately, you have some things to look at. Despite the fact a 70% mobility rate is an acceptable level, if you experience problems with your penis, you will need to do something about it on time. Some of the notions on erection difficulties can be associated with stress, lifestyle elements, or the existing health condition. Implementing healthy lifestyle behavior, acquiring less stress, and performing regular physical exercise will contribute to the improvement of the efficiency of the penis. It is advisable to go for a consultation if the problems persist.
