What decongestant can i take while breastfeeding

Hello, I've had recurring ear problems since January 2024, the first time was so painful that I was prescribed amoxicillin, since then the pain comes and goes, what do I do? I can't afford a doctor's visit. Thank you.

I am 20 year old boy , I have clogged ear due to wax buildup ,after that I went to ENT specialist he removed my wax from ear then just after I can hear clearly ,he prescribed me earlier drop ,name polydex ,then after putting that ear drops again clogged my ear ,and it's been 3 days still my ears are clogged , I also feel little pain inside when I do burping or swallowing Please help me with unclogging my ear
